Nestled in our home-based micro-roastery in Texas, we craft small-batch coffees under the state’s cottage food laws, roasting with intention and delivering with pride.

Every batch is roasted by hand, right here in the heart of Montgomery County, and shared with our neighbors across the greater Houston area. We source quality beans from responsible growers and roast them in limited quantities to highlight the flavors that make each origin truly notable.
